Do you have specialist stocktaking equipment?
Yes. We have the equipment needed to carry out inventory counts at sites of varying complexity.
Do you carry out pharmacy stocktaking?
Yes. We have extensive experience with pharmacy chains and take the specific requirements of medicine counts into account.
Where do you provide stocktaking services?
We operate throughout Ukraine, except in temporarily occupied territories.
Can you count stock without a product master list?
Yes. Before starting, we agree how goods will be identified and which data must be collected during the count.
Can you inventory a warehouse using location-based storage?
Yes. We have substantial experience counting goods and reconciling results while retaining each item’s storage location.
When can you carry out the count?
We work at the time agreed with the customer: daytime, at night or at weekends. The schedule depends on site operations and stock movement controls.
In what format will we receive the results?
During data integration, we agree the format that is most convenient for you and any additional reports you need. We arrange the exchange so you can use the results as soon as you receive them.
Do you verify the inventory results?
Yes. The selected methodology includes verification and correction of results. Checks may be comprehensive or sample-based, depending on the value or quantity of discrepancies and other factors.
Can you count shops located in different Ukrainian regions?
We work throughout Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories. Our head office is in Kyiv, and our regional teams regularly carry out counts in different parts of the country.
Do you inventory goods sold by weight?
Yes. We inventory different types of goods sold by weight. When counting grocery shops or warehouses, we regularly check both food and non-food products in this category.
