Fixed asset inventory and labelling
InventoryPro inventories and labels fixed assets in offices, shops, warehouses and manufacturing sites. We check their presence, identifiers and location, then reconcile the results with the customer’s asset register.
Which assets we check
The scope may include furniture, computers, office equipment, retail fixtures and production equipment. Before starting, we define the assets, addresses, departments and responsible people. Intangible assets require a separate documentary procedure.
Identification and labelling
An inventory number links a physical item to its register entry. We check that labels are present and legible and agree any new labelling with the customer. Duplicate numbers and unlabelled assets are flagged for clarification.
Transfers and actual location
A discrepancy may concern the room, branch or responsible person rather than quantity. We record where an asset is found and check transfer documents. Assets under repair or off-site are checked under a separately agreed procedure.
Verification results
We compile data on the assets found and differences from the register. The results help update records, locate assets and identify items needing further checks. The customer decides on write-offs, valuations and accounting entries under its own procedures.
How to book stocktaking
- Tell us the site type, location and approximate volume of goods or assets.
- Agree the methodology, data exchange, timing and reports.
- Prepare the site and master lists; arrange a trial count if needed.
- Receive the count and verification results.

Pricing depends on scope, number and location of sites, labelling, inventory procedures and reporting requirements. Send us these details and your preferred schedule. We operate in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories; access to each site is confirmed during planning.
