Retail stocktaking in Ukraine
InventoryPro provides independent stocktaking for clothing, footwear and other non-food retailers. We count goods on the shop floor and in storage, reconcile actual quantities with your system and prepare a discrepancy report.
What we check in a shop
Each item is identified using the agreed product list. Clothing and footwear require item code, colour, size and counting unit distinctions. We separately agree checks of returns, reservations, damaged goods and stockroom quantities.
When a count is useful
Stocktaking helps verify quantities before a season change, shop handover or change of responsible staff. Scheduled and sample checks are planned according to turnover, discrepancy levels and internal inventory rules.
Reducing the impact on sales
We agree timing and boundaries. Counts can take place during the day, at night or at weekends. Sales, receipts and transfers during the count must be recorded so quantities from different times can be compared correctly.
What the customer receives
The report shows actual quantities and differences from recorded stock. Checks help identify shortages, surpluses and possible product mix-ups. File formats and additional reports are agreed during integration; causes are investigated using source data.

- Tell us the site type, location and approximate volume of goods or assets.
- Agree the methodology, data exchange, timing and reports.
- Prepare the site and master lists; arrange a trial count if needed.
- Receive the count and verification results.

Pricing depends on scope, number and location of sites, labelling, inventory procedures and reporting requirements. Send us these details and your preferred schedule. We operate in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories; access to each site is confirmed during planning.
