Stocktaking for supermarkets and grocery shops
InventoryPro counts supermarkets and grocery shops in Ukraine. We check stock on the sales floor and in storage, including products sold by weight. We reconcile results with inventory records and deliver the agreed discrepancy reports.

What matters in a grocery shop
Separate unit-based and weighed goods in the plan and agree measurement units and packaging treatment. Short shelf-life products, returns, write-offs and receiving-area goods need particular attention.
Full counts and cycle counts
A full inventory gives a snapshot of agreed stock at a defined time. Partial and cycle counts check departments or categories on a schedule. Frequency depends on turnover, loss risk and inventory control needs.
Preparation and stock movements
Before starting, we agree zones, product data, the stock snapshot time and controls for sales and transfers. Night counts can reduce disruption to customers. If the shop remains open, stock movements must be reflected in the results.
What an independent count provides
An external team uses its own equipment and the agreed methodology. The customer receives actual quantities, discrepancies and recount results. These help investigate mixed-up products, receiving errors and other possible causes of loss.
How to book stocktaking
- Tell us the site type, location and approximate volume of goods or assets.
- Agree the methodology, data exchange, timing and reports.
- Prepare the site and master lists; arrange a trial count if needed.
- Receive the count and verification results.
What affects cost and timing
Pricing depends on scope, number and location of sites, labelling, inventory procedures and reporting requirements. Send us these details and your preferred schedule. We operate in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories; access to each site is confirmed during planning.
