Stocktaking for pharmacies and pharmacy chains
InventoryPro provides independent stocktaking for Ukrainian pharmacies and pharmacy chains. We count medicines and related products and reconcile them with inventory records. For batch-controlled stock, we agree checks of batch numbers, expiry dates and other required attributes.
Pharmacy product specifics
Similar names and packaging can conceal different strengths, dosage forms or pack quantities. Products must be identified using the master list and labels. Open packs, fractional quantities and units of measure are agreed before the count.
Batches, expiry dates and product status
A total by product name is insufficient when the system tracks individual batches. Discrepancies must retain that detail. Returns, expired or isolated goods are checked separately under customer rules; counting alone does not change their status.
Full or selective stocktaking
A full count covers the agreed pharmacy range; a selective count targets categories or problem items. We use handheld data terminals and in-house software. Recounts help verify identified discrepancies.
Working with a pharmacy chain
We agree site schedules, common master data, counting rules and report templates. Counts can be scheduled at convenient times, including nights. After reconciliation, the customer receives data for further analysis and record adjustments under its internal procedures.

- Tell us the site type, location and approximate volume of goods or assets.
- Agree the methodology, data exchange, timing and reports.
- Prepare the site and master lists; arrange a trial count if needed.
- Receive the count and verification results.

Pricing depends on scope, number and location of sites, labelling, inventory procedures and reporting requirements. Send us these details and your preferred schedule. We operate in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories; access to each site is confirmed during planning.
