Warehouse stocktaking in Ukraine

InventoryPro counts stock in warehouses, logistics centres and 3PL facilities. We verify actual quantities and, where location-based storage is used, their assigned locations. We agree the methodology and report format with your team.

Which zones and stock we include

The plan includes storage, receiving, picking and dispatch areas. Returns, damaged goods and special-status stock must be separate in the records. Boundaries are defined beforehand to prevent double counts or omissions between zones.

Location-based storage and WMS data exchange

We record product, quantity and storage location. Product and location identifiers are compared with WMS or other warehouse system data. File exchange, fields and verification reports are agreed during integration.

Counting an operational warehouse

A full count covers all agreed stock; a partial count covers selected zones or product groups. Busy warehouses need a procedure for recording movements during the count. Whether the warehouse can remain operational depends on its processes and the agreed methodology.

Reporting and discrepancy checks

Results compare actual and recorded quantities, verify locations and flag items for recounting. A shortage at one location and a surplus at another may indicate a transfer error; conclusions require transaction reconciliation and verification.

How to book stocktaking

  1. Tell us the site type, location and approximate volume of goods or assets.
  2. Agree the methodology, data exchange, timing and reports.
  3. Prepare the site and master lists; arrange a trial count if needed.
  4. Receive the count and verification results.

What affects cost and timing

Pricing depends on scope, number and location of sites, labelling, inventory procedures and reporting requirements. Send us these details and your preferred schedule. We operate in Ukraine except in temporarily occupied territories; access to each site is confirmed during planning.
